Terms and Conditions
Once you have booked our services you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
- Saffron sitters takes every care to ensure that our customers’ needs are met and we will always attempt to contact customers if there are any problems for any reason. However, we cannot be held accountable for illness or injury to a child or pet , or loss or damage to property providing we have taken due care and followed the instructions left to us by the client.
- Should we be unable to get hold of the customer and have concerns about the health of a child or pet we will always seek medical advice. Should this incur any costs (including our mileage and additional time) these will be passed onto the customer in full.
- We cannot accept liability for animal illness, damage to property by pet or third party.
- We request that all accounts are paid as soon as possible but within 7 days at the latest.
- A 10% deposit will be required for bookings for £50 and above.
- It is our policy that bookings cancelled with at least 48 hours notice will not incur any charge. Those cancelled with 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the total and those with 12 hours or less notice will be charged 100% of the booking.
- Whilst we always try to meet our customer’s requests for pet visiting times, this cannot be guaranteed.
- We provide 1 free consultation per booking. Should it not be possible to collect a key (for pet and house sitting) at this time a further visit for key collection will incur a charge.
